about me…

I live on a small farm near Warminster in the middle of the Wiltshire countryside. I am married and have four children.

I originally trained as a Montessori teacher and during my teaching career I thoroughly enjoyed working with the children and helping them to develop and become more creative, confident and independent.
For several years I helped to care for an elderly parent as well as being a full time mum.

I have been active in the charity CAP (Christians Against Poverty) visiting people who, often for no fault of their own (illness and unforeseen circumstances) found themselves in debt and need of support. This was an outworking of my inbuilt desire to come alongside people.

Realising that many of my peers, and their children, were also struggling with adjusting to a “new normal” be it from empty nesting, approaching the menopause or leaving full time education, I felt I would be well placed to help them as a trained life coach.

My coaching style has been described as friendly, caring, intuitive, challenging, practical and dedicated. Traits that really help my clients to transform themselves.

I would love to work with you and help you to make positive changes in your life. Something my clients all have in common is an open mind and willingness to try something different. If this is you, I'd love to hear from you.

Credentials…

I have a Diploma in Transformational Coaching accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Association for Coaching.
