My Approach

Positives psychology is a scientific approach to studying human thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, with a focus on strengths instead of weaknesses.

I use a range of techniques and exercises based on positive psychology and NLP that help you understand how your life is shaped by your beliefs about yourself and the lens through which you view the world. The aim being for you to be able to free yourself from the negative aspects that hold you back.

I also use Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC). The techniques used are effective in helping you identify and challenge thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are self defeating. CBC is a powerful model that draws on evidence based psychological models. All my coaching is primarily forward looking and the focus of CBC only explores your past history if that is relevant.

How I work

Timescale: Some of my clients work with me weekly or every other week on a long term basis and others choose to have sessions over a shorter period of time. I suggest a minimum of 3 sessions.


I offer concessions to anyone with money constraints.

When you renew your mind, you find that you walk in the new found confidence and actually begin to have courage to follow your God given dreams.
